I somehow doubt it - it doesn't answer any of the questions.
OP, in relation to your income, there are some people on this board that are quite good on benefits, but it may also be worth posting to the benefits board. I am not clear why you are receiving so little money - do you not get statutory sick pay?
In relation to your position, then I am afraid that yes, you can be dismissed for long term sickness absnece or if there is no prospect of a return to work within an acceptable timescale. Because you have more than 12 months employment, you have protection against unfair dismissal, but all this means is that the employer must follow a fair process in order to terminate your contract on the grounds of capability. I assume that there is an error in your post - you surely didn't mean that you have been off sick since the end of august (two days ago!); and it may also make a difference that you are a traineee, as there laos may be provisions for having to fulfill certain conditions in order to keep the trainee position.
I am somewhat concerned about the lack of control that you seem to have over this period of sickness. A fitness note telling you to refrain from work for two months is a powerful long period of time, on top of what you have already had, and fit notes for two months are the exception rather than the rule. You are taking anti-depressants for anxiety, but frankly this seems to be something more than a bit of anxiety and tablets are not a solution, they are only a stop gap.Have you talked to your doctor about what is happening and what other alternatives are available to help you deal with this? I think you would be well advised at this stage to be looking for help through counselling or other therapies. If you are worrying about money and your employment on top of whatever else, then you are onbviously going to get worse and not better - I think it might be worth having a very serious discussion with your doctor about why you are not getting better, what the future prognosis is and what more can be done to help you recover0 -
Even if you're not getting any salary from your employer - you should still be getting Statutory Sick Pay.
Also - on the grounds of low income being let off having to pay Council Tax (assuming thats applicable to you).
Google Statutory Sick Pay and the provisions re this. Its pathetically low - but better than you are getting at present. Its too long a link to give but put "Statutory Sick Pay" + "YouGov" into the search box and read that.0 -

How old are you and what are your family circumstances.
Do you live with parent, do you have a partner and children etc.
Do you live alone, do yu rent, do yu own your own home.
It all matters.make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.0 -

Counselling by computer? I'm far from a technophobe but this is entirely inappropriate as a method of dealing with people with serious issues of mental health. I have never heard of anything so damned ridiculous. In my view such a method would only be suited to a additional or back up service - personal contact is extremely important.0 -
Your other posts indicate that you cant be too badly off if youre buying Christmas present already, Peppa pig world for one relative plus a hotel stay and Canvases for other members of your family.make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
