What a shame. I was past that way yesterday. Will definitely check to see if there's any instore.0

Ordered these when they were in stock and received email confirmation. Hadn't heard anything since so checked my account today only to find they had been cancelled!
I didn't get any notification of the cancellation. Annoying enough that they cancelled the order but not to bother to let me know. Great customer service.0 -
Yes, mine has been cancelled too without any notification. How rude!!0

Me too! Was wondering how long it could take, so checked today and it says the order is part complete and when I click to find out more it says 'waiting for stock' but doesnt say its actually been cancelled though.... fingers crossed I might get them?? We will see!!0
-
Well they have taken the money from my bank and my online order status is "waiting stock"0
-
They refunded the money yesterday, status is now cancelled but they took the money again this morning!!!0
-
Had an email this morning 'item will be with you soon!!' not checked status yet.Be ALERT - The world needs more LERTS0

Don't think they know what they are doing. I rang to find out why the order was cancelled and was told that the stock they had wasn't of suitable quality to send. Was also told that although it was showing as cancelled on my account, on their system is was 'awaiting stock'.
They had taken my money but would credit my account and then take it again when item sent (if any came back in stock)!!
Sent them an email saying it was about time they got their act together and the reply to that was that the item was no longer being supplied so I wouldn't be receiving it.
Not good enough to confirm order, take the money and then decide they can't fulfill the order. I know all the companies seem to have this habit. What really got up my nose with this was that they didn't even have the courtesy to let me know that the order was cancelled and although the money had been taken that they were returning it. Because of that I have had to chase them up and waste my time.
I know we aren't talking big money here but it is the principle. It is my money, not theirs to do with what they will.0 -

Same has happened to me. Snatched the money from my bank then cancelled the order with no explanation.0 -
I thought I had been lucky to get a set of these when they were in stock but when I went to collect them from WHSmiths yesterday I returned them straight away as they were in a dreadful state. The boxes were bashed, the colours on the boxes were faded and you could see where previous sale stickers had been. So if you weren't lucky enough to grabbit when in stock, please don't feel too downhearted! The next bargain is not too far away!0
