How much have/will you spend today Wednesday 10/1?

Hi all, today I returned a cardigan to Asda, so I'm up £8. Had a look for something else, but there was nothing I liked. I ended up spending £9 on things which were on sale for this years birthdays etc. So, technically the £8 is gone. I then spent £3.20 on bread, oven chips, mincemeat pies. So that is £4.20 off my budget. Hope everyone is starting to feel a bit better, I've still got a bit of a sore head.
Rog2, have a great break.0 -
After 3 NSDs I had to open the purse today. £2.50 parking at the hospital for DH's clinic appointment, £1.33 on postage for Ebay item (though money for this is in my Paypal account) and £3.39 on a few essentials - toilet rolls, kitchen rolls and tissues (just realised these are all paper which will be thrown away after use  )
So £1.22 in my purse - thought is was less than that as there isn't a pound coin. Hoping to last through Thurs and Fri without any more spending. Baked 2 "cook at home" baguettes with the dinner tonight to use for lunches.
Hope all who are feeling unwell or unhappy have a better day tomorrow.
Re chocolate - I include it with my groceries so I suppose I do budget for itMind you, unlike my DH, I only like a little bit of chocolate - 2 pieces is plenty and then the rest goes back into the fridge (hidden from DH). He is diabetic so shouldn't eat real chocolate - he has sugar free stuff (revolting but he says it is better than no chocolate at all).

Hey Lil_me, shame you don't live closer to me, I could do your tootsie's for nowt as long as you came to me (I'm doing the holistic therapy course).
Why not do the course yourself next year - it's great 'cause you practice on each other to start with- and you get an extra discount off all the other treatments the college 'salon' offers... at least ours does. VERY MS
