Thanks for this, OP. I've reserved quite a few mobility aids - they have a lot of items in the living aids section reduced to 99p that are excellent for elderly relatives as well. Link here:

Remember that these will be useful not just for wheelchair users. My dad pushes my mum in a wheelchair and often has problems with the pressure when he is pushing the chair up and down kerbs. Ant bit of gel padding will be helpful. I suppose they may also be of use to cyclists.
