Marketing and other expenses mainly due to fact that you get paid 45 days at least after month end. So if I launch in October. I could still be waiting for money in January. :(

The idea is simply crazy but anyway.... What is your Rainy Day money for??

You are having a rainy day right now.

What would you repay the loan with?

You want £15k to design an iPhone app??

Sounds like a rock solid plan, grounded in well known, tried and tested fiscal parameters......

I would lend this in a moment.

  • Everyone seems to be so pessimistic. So willing to provide feedback and assistance to those in need in a condescending manner to sound superior.

I didn't know to what extent the negativity would go on here.

I had a bad few year trying to get a business off the ground. Which ultimately failed. Instead of giving up like most on here would suggest; I persisted and have built something simple, elegant and that might just work.

    But never mind. :D

James, people are dubious becuase, in your own words, you have "multiple CCJs"

That makes you a bit of a financial miscreant and now you want to borrow more?

    Sorry but I remain sceptical.

I have 2 CCJ's. One for the incorporation of a company with Incorporation Services and the other a Legal firm for legal work relating to that LTD.

In my eyes entirely related to the failure of the LTD.

She doesn't understand it at all.

Marketing and costs that may be incurred until the first payment date. We're going to launch it on October 1st but will not get the first payment until mid December. Not going to pretend I can bootstrap until then.

so we are clear - you already have unpaid debt fro another limited company you started?

I think I would try employment for a while to build up my start up capital and clear the debts.
    Debt free 4th April 2007.
New house. Bigger mortgage. MFWB after I have my buffer cash in place.

If we were all in employment then there would be no jobs created. ;)
