Hi did the Lumix scan in at that or was it prices as it, ours say £105 but my son broke my camera so need a new one anyway

The one with the discount sticker scanned at 50, but I took one without a sticker too and that scanned at 60 - still a pretty good bargain!
  • Thought I had missed the boat on this as it has been around for a while now but got chance to go to Long Eaton today and they had quite a bit of 'clearance' dotted about the store but the real bargains seemed to be unmarked. They had the two different 7" digital frames at £9.97 marked at £25 ish. They had a few cameras sel at £50, I only had the stones to scan a few that I had on the list, most scanned at SEL price. They had the Pentax p80 at £30 SEL, quite a few left. I managed to get the Casio ex-z37 SEL £75 ish scanned at £30 so pretty pleased with that!

    Thanks to OP

went to Cubernauld extra tonight for some diesel and popped into store, quite a few cameras from about £59 quid upwards, bagged a Sony CX115E compact video camera for £99 - allegedly reduced from £299 - shows online at amazon for £249, so bit of a bargain there, they also had loads of sat-navs - presumably old models hth
  • RAC satnav £40 and Breville brushed stainless steel kettle £14.99 from Be11shi11, they were both marked at the reduced price :)

Went to SOA store today and got the samsung 10" photo frame for £20 in stead of £99.97 so well happy ther is still one left on the shelf.
Any one else checked the camera's in this store as there seems to be a few reduced but did not have the time to take to CS as no scan point in store.

These were marked on the box as 8" as I recall??
  • I had tried the Loversall store, Doncaster and thought I'd blown it, but today went to Tesco Extra Nr Barnsley. Found a Sony ST70 Camera (ex display model) in the reduced bin for £60. as per all above advice took it to tills and scanned for £40. Now here's the good bit, I was tempted to get a Garmin nuvi 1210 Sat Nav, which were also in reduced bin for £69 down from £79. I knew from you good people it would scan for £40 but was on a knife edge as to whether I should get it.

Went down escalator to wife who had just bought a grocery item, and guess what? They had given her a £6.00 off £40 voucher with her receipt. At this point, I suspected God was trying to tell me something so back I went and bought Sat Nav for £34.

I think in the Barnsley store there is a Sony Camera in the reduced bin, its the one with a second screen on the front for self portriaits, should be £40 ignore price label, and also a Garmin sat nav in reduced bin, GOOD LUCK!

In the M1ddl3ton store they have loads of cameras (and other bits) on the end of aisle one, near the electrical department. They were all mainly £50 reduced from £120/£99/£79 .. I never scanned any as I don't need one (and happy with the Sat Nav I got the other day) but if you want to scan them to see of they are reduced further, there is a self scanner on the pans aisle close by. Worth a check :D
  • Im off to the Longton store today. They were naff with the gardening bargains so i am hoping i might find a bargain frame.
