I didnt realise, that if you pick an 8 hour delivery time slot, they will only charge you £2.50.
This is great if you know you are going to be in....anyway...plus its brill if you want a weekend delivery where they normally charge you £5 for a 2 hour slot delivery.
Just go to the top of the time slot gride, and you have a choice 2 hour or 8 hour slot, it automatically goes on the 2 hour slot, so just click the other tab.
Going to book a slot for this weekend, so i have stuff ready for the kids lunch boxes etc

Brilliant. I hadn't noticed that but now you have pointed it out it's so obvious. This is great because I can never find a cheap slot at the weekend and Sunday is the only day I am in all day. Off to do next weeks shop now. Cheaper than the taxi I had to get yesterday and he driver couldn't be bothered to get out to help. Wish I'd left his boot open now!! :T0

And if you look at the two-hour slots first, if there is one with a van that may be in your area, it gives you a rough idea of what time you can expect your delivery. Not guaranteed to work every time, but for a rough idea within the 8 hours it can be a nice indicator.0
