Don't buy the Pic Me DVD unless you run XP or older! I have Windows 7 and it doesn't work... so i wasted my money on these earlier in the year, and i paid a bit more than they are going for here.

I've used it a few times and it's not the best. Some of the dvds are preowned and in terrible condition. I bought The taking of Pelham 123 a few weeks back and my dvd must have skipped about 4 different damaged areas

Also they don't always notify you if they've cancelled an order. My sister was waiting for 3 weeks and only found out hers had been cancelled after contacting them!

ive always used them and i have to say, so far so good, ive never had any issues, quick postage, nicely packaged and all new. bet my next order will be rubbish now ive cursed it ! hth

I've had a mixed batch from them. First ordered with them years ago and great, no probs. But then ordered v. cheap dvds and a lot were pre-owned and scratched/dirty. I think it depends perhaps on how much you pay for the item?

In my experience when they are preowned it says so but you don't always notice where it says it,i nearly bought a cheap DS case a while ago and in my haste to purchase it i nearly didn't see the preowned part of it.
