toluna

Are there any toluna repesentatives on this forum? I would like to know why 1. They consistently cannot pay panel members on time when other survey sites can give you an e-voucher within seconds.
2. Why they seem to refuse to answer to emails chasing said vouchers, o just send you the same cut and paste "unforeseen circumstances" email, on the rare occasions that they do bother to reply.

Toluna say that vouchers can take 8 weeks. I, on average, earn 2 Amazon vouchers a month and have found since Easter that they always appear on my account exactly 8 weeks after applying. I have found them much better since Easter as they were taking 12 to 16 weeks before that.I don't risk the paper vouchers because of the risk of them getting lost in the post, and problems always seem to be with the paper vouchers.

It is a commercial decision they have taken to pay out so slowly so it is up to you whether you accept that and carry on. I am personally happy to carry on with them as £30 a month is too much to turn down

I've earned 2 vouchers from them (could have been more but I have stopped doing the surveys until I receive any vouchers!)

They claim to have sent the first voucher and that it got "lost in post" as it was coming from France or something...

That was February and I still have nothing!
  • I find the vouchers take 8-10 weeks typically.

but there are so many points availiable its too good to turn down.

I get on average 1 voucher every 2 months and a bit. Not quite as good as the person above, but still nice.

Well, after complaining about them yesterday I have today received £15 vouchers in the post. Just checked when I ordered them and it was actually January! Let's hope the ones I ordered on 9th August get here a bit quicker!
  • I've had the paper vouchers 'go missing in the post' and they refused to replace them, so now I always get Amazon vouchers. I too begrudge the wait, but I too make about £30 a month and it's too good to turn down, it's worth it when it starts to pay off.

Think I'm going to go for Amazon vouchers from now on even though I never shop there. Suppose I'll find something to buy or I'll get some pressies or something!
