debt free and iva free at last

it's been over six years since me and my wife was in debt big time ,me 59k and wife 49k ,store cards and credit card loan and all that ,went to a debt management company and got a IVA ,we had the IVA for 3 years and payed it off ,remortgaged the house from 30k to 55k ,it was a big jump for us put we could afford it , the IVA was payed off three years ago like you all now the defaults say on your credit report for six years and so do's the IVA , in november i tried to get a credit card to help my rating (aqua card)got turned down flat and tried to get a mobile phone on contract the same thing ,so we got our credit reports from equifax and that and found out that we had got some default s till showing and not settled .
we rang them up and told them there report was wrong and we could proof it by the letter we got from the courts saying all the debt was payed in full and was a final payment .
we went to try to get a mobile phone today and we could have had six mobile each on contract (yes 6 each)which proof that me and my wifes credit rating is going the right way now :j .
all you nice people that cannot see an end to it all ,i can say there is ,it takes time .
sorry if it's in the wrong place put i had to let you all now that i can be done
