Just had a delivery and the shoes I really really needed - lol - are not in with it. On the delivery slip it does say '0 included' Although adding up the other bits I have been charged for them -( although not checked bank balance) can I take the whole order back to store and get a refund on the postage aswell ?

Yes on line sale stuff can be returned to store for refund. I bought a pair of kids sandles at the weekend in the sale bit in the shop and when I got home had two left feet. Bought them back to the shop and they said they can't take them back !!!!!!! I got there in the end and they let me exchange them for another pair -lucky they still had them. But my, it was like getting blood out of a stone - Two left feet !! I ask you.

I am just wondering about the postage charges if I return a whole order to store.

I have found some orders are split, have a look at your account see tracking for that order.

No its def all under one order - nothing is split and the shoes are not even mentioned on my account online.
I don't fancy paying postage for a couple of pairs of reduced boxers for the boys -lol
