I want... a hard disc camcorder

I'd like to buy a hard disc based camcorder. I like the idea of these as you can start recording on them immediately without having to find the end of the tape, flick through recorded footage like scenes on a DVD, instantly delete scenes, and transfer the footage to computer simply by dragging and dropping files!
What I need to know now though is which one and from where. I dont have much of a budget so it needs to be as cheap as possible... No more than £400. Has anyone got one? Any advice is welcomed!
