I've just brought a Scooby Doo Cake tin to bake a Birthday Cake for my boyfriend's birthday. Now, I am used to making these cakes, I used to make them for the children I used to Nanny for. However, I don't really like Butter Icing, a bit sickly. Does anyone have a less sickly version?

    Thank you, but unfortunatle that won't work. The cake is shaped and graduated with the features of the character. It's a case of piping which I am actually looking foward to.
