If they do that, which is even more unlikely, then you deal with it.
If they are going to record a default, then they most likely will anyway.
I was helping someone get a late default removed a while back, and not only was the removed pretty damn quick compensation was paid.
I'm very sorry that you had something bad happen to you.
I can understand that you are angry and it has left you very bitter.
I do sympathise.

Pardon, I have said in my points its not about me, its about the other person. Actually I have no anger or bitterness, you again are missing the point and now trying a different tactic.
PLEASE LISTEN
I dont care about anything other than the original poster is informed about this situation BEFORE he chooses the course of action to take.
It is not about YOUR or ME, its about other people who need to be aware of the full facts before they take a particular route.
Is that not what these boards are for, to help others, rather than mislead or unduly guide them?
