Help required to stop agent coming to the door

Hi,

I owe £255 to a loan company and even although I have informed them I am working with Payplan (I have several other debts) they have informed me that an agent will be calling at my house in the next 3 days.

They claim they have recently tried to contact me on a number of occasions but all I have had is 1 sms message in the last 2 weeks.

Does anybody have any advice on how I can stop the agent coming and what to do next?

If they do come to the house they have no rights, just tell them you are not prepred to discuss the matter and you want them to leave immediately.
