Hi Guys
I am based in London. I have previously posted my details but to cover in nut shell
have been self employed for 2 & 1/2 years.
Property leasehold : 115 yrs lease
Value : 130k
we made a offer and its been accepted today
MY 2nd years accounts will be submitted in a day or 2 along with self assessment
looking for 85% LTV
if there's any broker on the forum who can assist us, would be great !
