World of Warcraft: TBC Collectors Edition

I know I've left it a bit late but I'm looking for places that sell World of Warcraft: The Burning Crusade Collectors Edition.

I see it on play.com and amazon but with no option to pre-order or buy (I assume they have sold out already). I can pre-order on HMV site but at £44.99 that's a bit steep compared to other places.

I've done a Google search but I can't seem to come up with any links

I have the normal version pre-ordered from Play.com since September but I wouldn't mind getting my hands on a copy of the collectors edition.

I'm not sure about other places, but our preorder code comes up as "DO NOT USE"(at GAME), so i'm assuming we've sold our preorder allocation, and from what I hear, everyone wants collecters, and it seems impossible to find

Yeah I did come across a site that said GAME as well as many other stores were sold out. I asked instore at Virgin but they didn't know if they were getting any CE in stock so couldn't reserve any.

I'm just thinking that if I bought the normal version would I be able to upgrade my account later with a Collectors Edition if it became available.
