Where can I buy those little individual portions of jam?

Like the ones you get when you go in a cafe and order toast and jam? I went to haven last week and ordered breakfast at the cafe and got a few of these small preserve portions in little plastic pots, ideal size for a slice of toast. The apricot jam ones are yummy. Does anyone know where I can buy these from?

My local independent supermarket sells them. Alternatively if you are on good terms with your local cafe, then ask them to order a box in for you (they usually come in mied boxes).0

Morrisons do them as a "X number for £2" type pick and mix deal along with lots of other mini preserves and condiments.0
