    Not true.

Reasonable mobile costs are allowed. Usually somewhere around the £30 per month mark.

Sky does not have to be put to £0 on the SOA. If you have Sky then you record on your SOA what it costs.

It's then up to the OR to disallow it in any IPA calculation if they see fit. That is a decision for the OR, not you.

If Sky comes bundled with cheaper internet access for example, then many ORs will actually allow it.

What is the secure/H.P payments for? If you can get rid of this it will make your life easier.

Also the mobile phone , satellite will have to be put as 0. Your entertainment seems very high.
The secured loans were 1. private loan husband used to put in business to pay off bills. 2. A business loan used to again go into business.....

My dad has offered to help out but im worried if he does this because we owe tax/paye/vat, we struggle to find secured loan/mortgage payments every month and the tax man comes in and bankrupts us anyway?? and we loose it all anyway?

The OP has a major shortfall, if these items come off it will reduce that, it doesn't mean the OP cannot have just not shown.

Also the OP is on benefits only so it doesn't really matter what gets put down

    Doesn't mean diddly squat.

If they use them and intend to carry on with them, then they put them down on the SOA.

If they don't, then they don't. End of.

(Plus in two lines there, you've managed to completely contradict yourself. :naughty: )
