Replacement disc for fibre optic tree?

Does anyone know where I can buy a colour replacement disc for a fibre optic Christmas tree? I need a 9cm diameter one as I only have a balck/white disc and need a multicolour one.

I feel really bad - I binned one yesterday, got collected today! - Sorry
I think the easiest option would ve to make one. Just take a template from the old one in clear plastic and get a sheet of inkjet OHP film and print the various colours / use transparent sticky backed plastic.0 -
