Hi all. Could do with some 1st time buyer advice...
I live and work in central London earning £30k a year and looking to buy a flat. Something at the very low end of property as a starter/doer-upper....
I have very little savings but i do have a family member who is a CEO of his own company, and has a large property portfolio etc who would be prepared to be a guarantor for a mortgage.
How big a mortgage could i get/borrow?
Would i need a significant deposit?
Any advice would be a great help!
Thanks!!
