I would also like to say that this has been such a steep learning curve. I used to work for a Building Society and have always been of the opinion that debt crisis is the worst thing that could ever happen to anyone. I was so terrified of stopping paying my debt and declaring myself out of the system and I am now so pleased to be back in control of my finances and working towards my debt free dayCommercial Debt £14587.22 Student Debt £7747.73

Abbey (who Santander took over) were appalling years back.
I honestly didn't think they could get any worse when they were taken over, but Santander seems to have managed to plumb new depths of unhelpfulness.
