I love it! I think I might pinch it for my signature
Forty and fabulous, well that's what my cards say....0 -

- Little things WILL go wrong – I forgot to throw my bouquet, or to put on my garter. The DJ didn’t invite everyone else to join us on the dancefloor. My parents left the champagne in the fridge and had to race back after the ceremony to retrieve it from the freezer. Where it managed to turn into a block of ice.
- I completely forgot both mine and my daughters flowers!!
- None of the little things that go wrong will matter whatsoever – you’ll still have a great time Very true!
- A good photographer is worth his weight in gold, and by ‘good’ I don’t mean ‘expensive’ – I mean one that can make you feel at ease and get on with everyone Yep!
- No matter how good the photographer is, s/he WILL be getting on your nerves by the end of the evening Was going to batter her if she fiddled with my head dress once more!
- You probably won’t consummate your marriage on the wedding night; you’ll be too tired/drunk/emotional. And that’s ok. True, too legless to even get my dress off!
- Family tend to get funny around wedding planning; they either become overbearing or appear not to care. Ignore them and carry on as you were; they’ll be back to normal on the day. And you’ll feel a huge amount of love towards them still. My brother normally Mr laidback went all odd over his girlfriend coming too!
- If you’re the bride and are planning to wear lipstick on the day, make sure it has superstaying powers, as you will never kiss as many people in one day as you will on this day
- Learn how to say no to drinks; people WILL buy you loads And then lose loads as you wander off and forget where you left them!
- You probably won’t see your other half for most of the night. Apparently OH had to put one of my freinds in a taxi, had no idea hadn't seen him for hours Your shoes will be a proverbial pain in the donkey by the end of the night.
- You will end up taking your shoes off halfway through the night. Rainbow brand, stayed on all night and very comfy!
- Little boys with tons of energy should be evaded at all costs. They spill things and fail to stop in time.
- Nobody else is as interested in your wedding/honeymoon photos as you are. Going on about the wedding BEFORE the event is acceptable and even expected. Afterwards it becomes tedious.
- It’s good to have a project to come back to from the honeymoon, but remember to enjoy being married because after all, a marriage is for life, not just for the wedding day
My dress didn't last the day, due to doing the boat song on the floor and I have never laughed so long or so hard in my life, Have fun!:rotfl:Ahahah got my signature removed for claiming MSE thought it was too boring :rotfl:0 -
Are you speaking of prospective husbands?katerinasol wrote: »Little boys with tons of energy should be evaded at all costs.

Also, to extend the "wedding bubble" try and organise somethig for the next day.
We did a BBQ at a local pub. It was really nice & chilled out - we could catch up in more relaxed surroundings, and the guests that had travelled got even more out of their weekend.
It weven gave me an excuse to wear my hair flowers again!0 -
