i sell my free sims at carboot sales, vodafone were the most popular, i sell them at £2.50 each and always sell out. Others such as orange arent as popular , so i sell them at about £1.50.
I also read about a bloke in my local paper who collects sims, waits till he gets about 100 and then sells them for about £150 on ebay, although ive never done this.

I do that with mine - let them build up into bundles of 100 and bung them on eBay. Can make between £80 and £150 depending on the demand!

Could make towers out of them like you do with playing cards, sell them as plastic scrapers for DIY'ers .

Maybe the charity shops will take them off your hands.

I used to register with places like dabamobile on quidco and get £4 per sim but that seems to have gone now??

I'm sure that someone on here was using O2 sims to get £5 credit on there PAYG sim (O2) and saying that they wanted to keep the same number.

    Also try simalert.com for ideas

try to make a note of who you sold/gave them to though...because if the sims are used to make nuisance calls or something similar, the number could be traced back to you from the mobile companies that gave the sims out....

how much does cash convertors get for each sim? i have 130 odd of em and only one card actually spells something decent (!!!!ed), lol. i think they reserve phone numbers that actually spell something decent and all the freebies are the crappy ones.

Although this post will not apply to most people reading this....

Why not help out some friends from abroad? They've always very much appreicated it and see it as a true act of helpfulness. :A

I work in a fairly large company which often has visitors from overseas. At the moment I have to Italian ladies working with me for a period of 6 months, it's handy for them to have a british sim card for reduced costs. They can call each other as well of course. Also, when I need to call them, it's cheaper for me too.

I do agree to keep a note of what you've handed over though, just in case of any problems.
 Can anyone explain to me how to put a signature here?
