Where to get personalised book covers

Ok even though my 8 year old soon to be stepson has his heart set on carrying a ring pillow, H2B and I would prefer something different.

We both (well all 3) book worms so I want to stack 3 books tied with ribbon to carry the rings on. I ideall would like to get personalised book covers for each book with the following;

1. Brides Name
2. Grooms Name
3. Date & place of Wedding

Anyone know where I could get these made?

    Are you meaning to wrap 3 of your favorite books in, so the cover is what you want?

    These guys do personalised book sleeves. http://www.nesspublishing.co.uk/book_jackets/

    or these http://www.fast-print.net/advice-for-authors/cover-design?gclid=CIjSqYHv9qoCFQcntAodeyxmIg

    Could you not design your own and print on A3?

    I suppose we could print our own but I wanted them to look antique.

    I did contemplate using a book of my name (very famous book) and looking for something similar with my H2B name in it.

    I will have to have a good think and search of the net
