slowroast toms in oil recipe?

Evening everyone,
Have picked nearly 3kgs of sweetheart tomatoes from the greenhouse today, and having already made passata, frozen some,wondered if anyone had a recipe for slow roast tomatoes in oil.. have had these at my w..trose shopping dsis, and they were delicious!

I still have loads more coming along , plus all the outdoor ones.Don't want to make more chutney ..got a bramley tree full of apples, made plum,and piccalili and my tomato ,apple and ginger jam.

    PLease be aware that preserving in oil carries a small but definable risk of botilism.

    You can find out more information on the food agency website.

    I suggest that you freeze the dried tomatoes, then add oil just before serving.
    It is never too late to become what you were always intended to be
