TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE GOURMET LIFESTYLE COMPETITION

Prize Provider

All prizes must be accepted as offered, are not transferable and are subject to availability. There can be no alternative awards, cash or otherwise.
Competition
The Gourmet Lifestyle competition on the Domino's Pizza UK Facebook page will run from Monday 29 Augusts 2011 to 9pm on Saturday 10 September 2011. Over the thirteen (13) day period participants are able to watch multiple Red or Black videos to try and determine the outcome. There will be a total of 140 (one hundred and forty) videos throughout the competition and participants can watch each video as many times as they like. There will be ten (10) videos available to watch each day of the Competition.
The Competition can be entered via the Gourmet Lifestyle tab on the Domino's Pizza UK Facebook page. To play the Competition, the participant must select which video they want to watch from the Play page and select either the red or black button below the video. By clicking on the Play button, the entrant is agreeing to the Terms and Conditions. The participant will be awarded ten (10) points if their selection corresponds with the outcome of the video. The participant will be deducted ten (10) points if their selection differs from the outcome of the video. Depending on whether points are awarded or deducted will determine the participant's position on the Leaderboard. To view the Leaderboard the entrant must select the Leaderboard page.
Participants placed in first, second and third position of the Today's Scores Leaderboard at 9pm on each day from Monday 29 August 2011 to Saturday 10 September 2011 will win a Domino's Pizza Party voucher to the value of £50 (for full terms and conditions of the Domino's Pizza Party voucher see below). This will be an online voucher code that is sent to the individual via the email address assigned to their Facebook profile. Emails will be received within 24 (twenty four) hours of the participant winning the voucher. If the winner cannot be contacted or successful contact is not made within the fixed time period as specified or the winners fails to meet any of the eligibility requirements or are otherwise unable to comply with these terms and conditions, this may result in forfeiture of the prize and the Prize Provider reserves the right to disqualify that entrant (without further liability to that entrant) and offer.
Participants placed in first position on the All Time Scores Leaderboard at 9pm on Saturday 10 September 2011 will win the trip to Las Vegas, USA (for full terms and conditions of the Las Vegas trip see below). The winner will be notified via the email address assigned to their Facebook profile within seven (7) days of winning. The winner will need to acknowledge receipt of the prize within 28 (twenty eight) days of receiving their email. This should be done by sending an email to Karen.houghton@dominos.co.uk. If the winner cannot be contacted or successful contact is not made within the fixed time period as specified or the winners fails to meet any of the eligibility requirements or are otherwise unable to comply with these terms and conditions, this may result in forfeiture of the prize and the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that entrant (without further liability to that entrant) and offer.
Participants can also view the prizes they have won by clicking on the My Prizes link.
In the instance that more than one (1) participant be placed in first position on the All Time Scores Leaderboard at 9pm on Saturday 10 September 2011 these participants will need to continue watching the Red or Black videos until the winner has been determined.
The last date for receipt of entries is 9pm on Saturday 10 September 2011.
Eligibility and terms
The Competition is open to United Kingdom (England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland) residents only, aged 18 years or over, excluding employees and immediate family members of each employee of the Prize Provider, or ITV and its associated companies or subsidiaries or anyone professionally associated with the Competition or any member of any such person's family.
Entry to the competition is free although participants will be responsible for any internet provider charges in relation to connecting to the internet and participating in the Competition.
No purchase is necessary to enter the Competition.
By entering, all participants will be deemed to have read, accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material for the Competition.
By entering the Competition, all participants warrant that all information submitted by them is true and accurate.
Participants cannot win this Competition with any of the seven (7) competitions available at www.itv.com/dominos.
Facebook
The participant acknowledges that the Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook.
The participant discloses that they are providing information to Domino's Pizza Group Limited and not to Facebook.
Conduct of participation
The Prize Provider reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify from further participation in the Competition any individual found to be tampering with the operation of the Competition or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Prize Provider to be in violation of these terms and condition or any other requirements set out in any promotion material relating to the Competition.
No responsibility can be accepted by the Prize Provider for entries not received or incompletely received for whatsoever reason.
Correct contact details must be entered as this is how the prize will be delivered. Domino's Pizza Group Limited cannot accept responsibility for prizes not delivered due to incorrect contact details being submitted through the application.
Method and cost of entry:
Online - go to the Gourmet Lifestyle tab on the Domino's Pizza UK Facebook page www.facebook.com/DominosPizza and follow the instructions. Only one (1) entry per person.
Prizes
The prize for the participants placed in first, second and third position on the Today's Scores Leaderboard at 9pm on each day from Monday 29 August 2011 to Saturday 10 September 2011:

Domino's Pizza Party voucher terms and condition:
Voucher codes must be redeemed online at www.dominos.co.uk
Vouchers can be claimed from 29/08/2011 until 31/12/2011.
Vouchers can be redeemed with any United Kingdom (England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland) store.
Vouchers are valid for delivery and carry out orders and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
Winners who reside outside a delivery area may need to collect their order from the nearest store.
Voucher codes cannot be redeemed for cash.
Pizzas, sides, subs, desserts and drinks must be chosen from the stores current menu at the time of ordering.
Voucher code must be used in a single transaction.
Prizes and vouchers are not transferrable.
The prize for the participants placed in first position on the All Time Scores Leaderboard at 9pm on Saturday 10 September 2011:
· A trip to Las Vegas, USA for the winner and one (1) adult companion for three (3) consecutive nights, to include:

• Return Premium Economy Class flights on Virgin Atlantic from London Gatwick to Las Vegas;
• Return luxury airport transfers in Las Vegas;
• Three (3) consecutive nights accommodation at the Bellagio Hotel, Las Vegas based on the winner and their companion sharing a deluxe twin room;
• Breakfast on each day of the trip at the Bellagio Hotel; and
• £1,000 (one thousand pounds) spending money.

Please note that the winner will need a current and valid credit/debit card with sufficient available funds in order to check in at the hotel for security deposit purposes.
The winner is also informed that no ground transfers will be provided in the United Kingdom (England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland) to London Gatwick or on return from London Gatwick.
Both the winner and the one (1) adult companion must be 18 years or older.
The prize must be taken on 8 to 11 March 2012 and the return flight arrives back into London on 12 March 2012. The winner and their companion must hold a current and valid passport and any other relevant travel documentation required for travel to and entry to the USE including but not limited to making a timely application for receipt of ESTA (Electronic System for Travel Authorization) authorization under the Visa Waiver Program. Passports must be valid for travel with a minimum of six (6) months on the date of departure from the UK when taking the trip.
It is the responsibility of the winner to (i) organize visas for the travelling party, however any visa application costs will be covered by the Prize Provider, (ii) ensure that the travelling party is adequately insured including without limitation covering overseas medical costs, and (iii) ensure that the travelling party adheres to the travel itinerary and other relevant safety instructions as set out by the Prize Provider. It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the Prize Provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their companion when taking up the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.
Additional meals, room service and drinks (other than those provided as standard during Breakfast at the Bellagio hotel) are not included in the prize. Also, additional excursions, attractions, treatments, car hire, personal expenses, visas, vaccinations or any other activities or costs which are not listed in the "Prizes" section above are not included in the prize.
The spending money element of the prize will be delivered to the winner within 28 days of winner confirmation. The travel element of the prize will be delivered to the winner at least 28 days in advance of the travel date. The prize will require a signature upon delivery. The Prize Provider will inform the winner of the expected date of delivery and it is the winner's responsibility to ensure that they are available on the specified date to take delivery of the prize.
There is no cash alternative.
Publicity
Winners may be required to participate in publicity. By entering this Competition, prize winners acknowledge that they will be required to participate in publicity relating to the Competition without further consent or payment. Such publicity may include, without limitation, the participants name and/or image, statements made by the entrant concerning the Competition and/or prizes and photographs or moving images of the participants or their guest taken as part of the Competition. The winners shall make themselves reasonably available for such purposes.
Eligibility and terms
Any material created as part of the Competition shall be owned by the Prize Provider who has the exclusive rights to use such material. Prize winners agree for the Prize Provider to edit, publish and use in perpetuity throughout the world all or segments of any such material in any and all media (including print and online) for publicity and news purposes.
Data Protection & Publicity
Any personal data of participants will be processed in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation. For information relating to the Prize Providers' privacy policy and direct marketing policy please contact the Prize Provider directly.
Liability and Jurisdiction
The Prize Provider is not responsible for any damage or loss suffered by any entrant where such damage or loss was not at the time the entry into the prize draw was made a reasonably foreseeable consequence of a breach of these terms and conditions.
Nothing in these terms and conditions shall operate to exclude the Prize Provider's liability:

• a - for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence;
• b - for fraud; or
• c - further than is permitted by law.

The Competition and these terms and conditions are subject to English law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Finally
The Prize Provider's decision is final and binding in all matters relating to the Competition and no correspondence will be entered into.
This competition may be withdrawn at anytime by the Prize Provider.
The Prize Provider reserves the right to substitute a similar prize if required.
The Prize Provider reserves the right to cancel or amend the terms of this Competition at anytime without prior notice.

T&Cs a little confusing as states only one entry per person allowed but assume that is because some people have multiple facebook accounts. It states that you can play each day & 10 different videos can be watched each day so I've addeda link to the dailies

Hubby won last night too. So thats £100 of pizza we've won now. Thankfully £100 at Domino's doesn't buy too much or we'd be the size of a house! Lol!
