Personal shopper

Hi
I'm reading through this book of money raising tips and one suggested becoming a personal shopper which is something i'd be quite interested in. The idea would be to order food, toys, clothes etc. How would money work though because i'm sure some people wouldn't want to give you a load of money out right would they?

Also where would you advertise - would a local paper ad cost much

Thanks for the article but that didn't really answer my questions. Where would I advertise? How would I get business started etc?

Free advert on gumtree to see if anyone calls you, I doubt it will work though as personal shoppers are pretty much used by fairly well off people and unless you are willing to throw quite a bit of money at advertising for a service then you are not likely to receive any phone calls.

Perhaps you need to go back to the drawing board and come up with a new idea.
