Cannot print coupons

I've been trying to print a coupon from the "Oust" site and everytime I get to the print coupon page, I am told to uncheck the box in the advanced section of the printer properties, which I duly do, but it doesn't work. When I recheck the printer properties immediately afterwards, the box has been rechecked and won't remain unchecked. I have Windows XP and a Brother laser HL-1430 printer.
Thanks.
Thanks.

I seem to remember having a similar prob. Do you get a pop-up saying you need to download 'coupon printer' software? Also it should offer an alternative way to print the coupon without downloading the software, but I think that only lets you print the coupon once.
Did you block 'cookies' / pop-ups? I had to change my settings to get it to print, would that help?
Maybe you'd get more advice if you post on the techie board. Sorry I couldn't be more help.0 -
If you've got Microsoft office installed, you should find another "printer" called "Microsoft Office Document Image". If you first set this as your default, then print the coupon it will prompt to save it as an image file which you can then print out as you normally would do for a picture.salthepal wrote:I've been trying to print a coupon from the "Oust" site and everytime I get to the print coupon page, I am told to uncheck the box in the advanced section of the printer properties, which I duly do, but it doesn't work. If you haven't got Office installed, you may have a different "print to file" type printer and this should work same way.
Of course you can now print out the coupon as many times as you want, but they will all have the same unique (to your PC) serial number on so be careful...0
