please be gentle as my first post.bought 3 packs of tesco extra long life AA alkaline batteries.said 3 for 2 but when i checked my receipt they went through as 3 for 2 then another discount of bogof...so got free batteries! hope this of use to someone:j

it was an extra.the offer was on AA and AAA batteries

if you buy in multiples divisible by 2,(6,12,18) then they pay you to them away!!

have you tried this instore too, was it an extra. I wonder if express stores are doing the same got some express stores still open nearby, lol.:D

If 3 for 2 and bogof then you want to be divisible by 6 to maximise the benefit (cash off other shopping as well?). Good deal if it works - do people put these type of deals through separately, self serve or part of big shop?
