Quikest way to loose weight!!!

Hi,
I'm know it's not the healthiest option but needs must!!! I have a dress I have to wear to a wedding in 2 weeks and following holidays it's a bit too tight!

So what's the best way to loose maximum weight in 2 weeks? After that I'm going to do sw till I get to target

Thanks x

No carbs, unlimited meat, eggs, dairy, no alcohol and no sugar in any form then when two weeks is up slowly reintroduce carbs, the weight you lost should stay off and you'll continue to loose more slowly but beware you will be in a very bad mood initially, feel dreadful, suffer headaches and if you dont do it properly you will put on more then when you started, its hardcore atkins btw and the sensible way to do it is low carb not no carb, the low carb support thread on here is fantastic for more info and super helpful friendly people - good luck:)

In addition to the diet options, you can temporarily lose a couple of inches with a contour wrap. Try local beauty salons to find somewhere in your area doing them.

If you go down the no carbs, virtually no fruit route (Atkins) be prepared for maybe digestive problems, that's if you are used to loads of fruit. Might need to buy some Fibogel!

Good luck with the weight loss.......and have a wonderful wedding

I think this is the cheapest meal replacement diet about. Go for the bumper pack, £100 for a months worth of sachets/soups/bars. You an also use them combined with food, details on the above website. I am trying to this, but finding it very hard...:o

The quickest way I know is the sirope detox, I've done it 3 times and it's quite good. It can be hard at the beginning, but after a couple of days you feel ok.

No one has mentioned activity increase....and it does help. Boosting the metabolism alongside decreased intake.

As little as a brisk walk as early as possible in the morning and maybe an exercise video a day.
