    My closing admin with C+G (llyods/tsb) is going to be £225.

    But taking into account that the transfer fee for my fixed rate would be £699.

    I am moving to HSBC no fees lower fixed rate and I have just knocked " years off my mortgage as well.I am well happy.

    Only found this site today and already saving money.:T

    oops that should read 2 years off morgage which when its a repayment makes a big difference.
