Pet hair on the stairs?

Options
I have picked up many tips from this forum and hope to pass one along to any pet owners struggling with constant moulting issues:

I have battled for years trying to keep our stairs dog hair free. I switched from vaccuming to brushing years ago, then to using a rubber brush and finally to going over with a damp rubber glove daily. However today I have come across somewhat of a miracle. It is a dog brush called a 'furminator' (pop it into youtube). Not only does this brush defluff the dog like no other before it but it has made light work of our stair carpet. I highly recommend it.

We have one and it certainly works on the dog! Will give it a go on the stair carpet, very carefully!
