Tesco maximum coupons per transaction?

Hi guys - im new to all this so forgive me if I seem a little naive!!

Is there a maximum number of coupons (MOC) you can use per transaction at Tesco?

Did a quick forum search and couldn't find an answer, emailed CS and havn't had a response as yet.

Think I read somewhere that it was either a maximum number of coupons or a limit to the savings (something like 10% off your total bill).

Planning my first couponing shopping trip, might even try some wombling depending on how bold I am feeling!

You can only use coupons for products that you actually purchase,I don't think there is a limit as long as all are in date and you purchase the item stated on coupon

i often use 2 or 3 coupons for different products if i have not purchased them. if you have purchased the item they often take more than one coupon that it the same. ie i used 2 coupons for colgate toothbrushes to day. dont worry about it just hand them to cashier and they just scan them. thats in my tescos

I think I remember it being rumoured at 2 per transaction, but shortly after they withdrew all coupon use. Things seem to have changed now because it is possible to use coupons again so am assuming this 2 per transaction rule has also changed.

Thanks for that guys, I managed 30% off my bill, not bad for a first time I think! Next time I will take more coupons zipy, SA scanned them without even checking them!

Are they accepting coupons again? Oh please oh please!!!!!!!!!!!! Am off to message my mate who works at tesco! I used to save a fortune in coupons till some idiots cocked it up by changing bar codes andgiving in coupons for items not sold. Always someone wanting to fiddle things and spoiling it all. Can anyone confirm the policy?

i used over 20 moc on friday within 1 transaction x

Where are you guys getting all these coupons from? I can only find a few...but nothing like 20! :shocked:

yes taking coupons as long as you buy the right product for each coupon used.
