be aware ordering from this site i order things last year for xmas and they say they post within a few days and i only recieved my good 7weeks after i placed my order they responded to none of my 11 emails i sent them and the customer service help line is useless and they say in the terms and conditions that they are not liable for loss of any goods one it has been posted

Mine said dispatched and then on Friday I got an email to say there had been a delay in dispatching and it would be with me within 6 working days. Why would you mark something as dispatched and then email a few days later to say it hasn't been? Weird.
Will let you know when I receive it.

Mine delayed too. Did get a code for 15% off all future orders though. My experience of them is that it will arrive, but takes longer than other companies!

Are these cameras any good? I was going to buy a regular cheap digital camera for DD who is almost 5 as I'd read poor reviews about the Kiddizoom one taking rubbish pictures, but I haven't seen any info about these ones and the Viking website isn't exactly informative!

Thanks x Was just worring because I didn't see the poster warning till after I ordered and then read the review which are pretty awful.Strange thing is I registered when I ordered but now it's not letting me check order status and telling me my email isn't recognised but the money has been taken :eek:
