15% of everything online from 26th to 29th august great i thought
so i went online and ordered some bedroom furntiure for my daughter, as a single mum who does not drive, every saving is a must. imagine how mad i was when i clicked onto check out to be told that the web site was down?
how very clever is that advertise the big saving to get people in then when we have decided what we want we have no choice but to buy at the original cost because we have already broken up the old stuff in prep for the new. thanks homebase thanks a lot.

Think it was just a temporary blip, try again or ring the store and tell them about the 15%, they may well take your order over the phone and give you the 15%make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.0 -
I've had no problems, in fact it's working right now.
Why did you break up the old furniture? What would you have done if the items you wanted were out of stock?

one of the main reasons for getting a new one is because our house is so mouldy the wardrobe back went mouldy and before we realised what was happening behind the wardrobe some of the clothes went mouldy to.
i would however like to say i seem to have got my order through after i kept clicking the refresh button, not quite sure as i did not have to fill in secure banking details so knowing my luck it gone somewhere else.:(:T:T0 -

Normally when you make an order you get an email back with a reference number, if you have this, call up Homebase and ask if the order went through, if not then you could try complaning: if the site went down during the offer and it was their error you were not able to place an order, again try calling as they may well take the order and take the discount off for you- that would be my expectation anyway, it doesn't hurt to ask.0 -
Most websites have problems at times especially when they are very busy.
Surely a quick call to CS would have sorted this out for you.
We have had discounts held over for us by a store manager before and they have also ordered items that were out of stock and gave us the discount off as well, so we can not complain about them.0
