Hiya
Does anyone have a template letter to send to companies to stop them phoning and ensure all correspondence being via letter. I know its on the forum somewhere but I have looked for a couple of hours now and can’t seem to find it.

Hi, Im not too sure where it is on the forum as i am a newbie, but i know that if you go to national debt helpline web site, they have quite a few templates there for many different letters.
