Arrrrggggghhhh - lost track - know I had at least 2 last week and 1 today but ......

Op is on Wednesday :eek: so panic has been setting in and my mind's all in a pickle!

Might be a while before I can post (although 2 weeks practically bed rest after so prob not a lot else to do apart from read and trawl the net (and let me catch up on loads of posts as haven't been as up to date as I usually am)

Hugs for anyone who needs one and keep safe if you're in a windy spot over the next couple of days - I thought we'd missed the worse but it's apparently going to be worse tomorrow lunchtime so fingers crossed it's not too bad.

Hope all goes well for the op rising, I'm sure you will be fine. Although I don't envy you the bed rest but just imagine how many NSD's you will have at the end of it

Had a NSD today which brings me up to 6 NSD's so far

My Dad was taken into hospital yesterday after coming over all shivery, cold and squeamish. After being taken in by ambulance, and then waiting 8 hours, he has been diagnosed with pneumonia.
He will be in for a good few days,but at least they are getting to the root of things. He is in the best place.
Yesterday and today have been all go, between looking after my Mum and going up to the hospital.

(((Hugs))) to you, your Dad and your Mum, jinty. It must be worrying, especially for your Mum, but he's definitely in the right place. I'm sure they'll look after him well.

Hope he's feeling a bit better soon. Don't forget to look after yourself as well as your Mum.

Well I'm back in the same timezone as most of you, but have another busy week ahead so ltd time to be online until at least Tues/Wed. i did manage to clock up two more NSD yesterday and today which takes me to errr.... 6 NSD :j

Did fall off the wagon in quite spectacular fashion on Fri as we had some time for a bit of shopping before our flight, thank goodness for my b'day money is all I can say Though I am sure that spending abroad doesn't count, and some of my purchases were underwear which doesn't count either

Did get a bit of food today for sarnies and such in the week but that can come out of the grocery budget.

1st NSD for me today. A colleague had surfeit of plums and brought them into work for people to eat or take home. I made a family receipe plum pudding with them. It's basically a Yorkshire pudding mixture into which you put quartered plums and cook as if it was a Yorkshire pud.

I had good day cleaning with Mum today, she is feeling a bit lonely since Dad has been in hospital forth last 11 weeks he is 81,has Parkinson's and is suffering from complications due to Parkinson's.:( It is also my Mum and Dad's 57th wedding anniversary tomorrow and it will be the first one where they have been apart.
