I am not trying to 'repeat history' I am now in my mid 20's and sick of getting my things from primark. When i was given a Mortgage and loans i was a teenager!! Companies were irresponsible to give this kind of money to teens.
Thank you for your post but i was looking for help, Not judgment.
Getting into debt which you cannot afford to pay off and being repo'd was not the fault of the lenders. That was solely your fault.
You are still in debt, albeit paying it off at the moment, but you appear to be wanting to hurtle headlong back into the mire you are currently trying to extricate yourself from.
Applying for more debt when you already have loans outstanding, especially from lenders whose rates are close to usurous, even if they would grant it, is absolute madness.
There's nothing wrong with buying clothing from Primark if that is all you can afford at the moment. There are better and cheaper ways to clothe yourself rather than borrowing money to do it. In my limited experience the clothes bought from a catalogue will be worn out and unusable some time before you've finished paying for them in any case.
That is help, not judgement.0
