hiya
I'm not sure if this is posted in the right place so please feel free to move if not.I just wasn't sure where to post!
I've read lots on here about buying stuff from ethnic shops as it is so much cheaper but apart from a few small looking polish shops i haven't seen one of these.
Anyway if you are local (ish) to me please can you tell me where our nearest ethnic supermarket/shop is please?
many Thanks

i live in blackpool.... there's a thai supermarket on deansgate (between where iceland is and where the sorting office used to be), and another by me on dickson road (at the junction with warley road - between the hilton and the gynn pub). beyond that, i wish i knew! tesco at mereside seem to have a decent selection of chapati flour, cornmeal, big bags of dried chillis, etc.0

I'm not from Blackpool but love it and visit loads (load the car up with lots of goodies each time). If you try some of the shops round about Waterloo Road (where the big Shoemarket is and Harte's Christmas shop) and work your way down that road. There's a couple of the shops opposite the post office that do spices etc at really cheap prices, also the smaller indoor markets on that road (there's one with a make up stall right at the front can't remember the name but there are some good food stalls right at the back).CC2 = £8687.86 ([STRIKE]£10000[/STRIKE] )CC1 = £0 ([STRIKE]£9983[/STRIKE] ); Reusing shopping bags savings =£5.80 vs spent £1.05.Wine is like opera. You can enjoy it even if you don't understand it and too much can give you a headache the next day J0

Hi lovesabargain,
As your thread has dropped down the Old Style board I've moved it over to the England board to see if you can get more replies.
