My Plan - Fuelled by recent short wages

Hi, as you will all know I've jumped from job to job recently and obviously with regard to the fact that I've had part wages from IR and FD because I've done a couple of weeks with each of them.
As a result I have reduced my personal spending but my DD's have been at the same level because obviously I have reduced my incomings so it's been a case of my cash slowly dwindling and now we are at a crisis point because I've not enough cash to meet my DD's this month until I get paid (when I get paid it will be 2 weeks money because I only started on the 6th.)
So, I've e-messages FD asking them to call me to discuss it, I'm too scared to ring them
and I intend to write to my creditors asking them if for 3 months I can pay token payments so that I can get on top of things with regard to my current account.
At the minute all I am doing is maxing overdraft > salary (not enough to clear it or leaves me +£30) DD's / Expenses > Maxed overdraft again.
As a result, If I'm off or reduced hours then the cycle begins again, I dont want to have to work full time hours at ASDA because I need to be kind to myself initially, I cant go back to doing loads and loads of hours again, I have to build it back up slowly so that I can get myself better.
Can anyone recommend what content to put in my letter? How should I word it, is there a sum that I should go for (£20?) plus should I aim for all my creditors or just ones that I owe money to on credit (Loans, HP etc).
Any further advice would be appreciated, I'm going to call CCCS later too just to see what the crack is, It's just a temporary measure, I just need to get a couple of decent months to get back on my feet.

cant you just cancel one of your DDS? eg for am mobile phone or whatnot then give them a ring and pay it when you have the oney and reinstate the DD then
Ive always done this for a week or so, they usually agree:beer: Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0 -
Due to an injury I had been off work a lot in the last month and could not meet my repayments this month. I rang my creditors and explained and they allowed me a minimum token payment for this month - varied but was £10-£20 - £20 being for a £13K loan. All were understandable and fine and included 2 Debt Recovery Agents.
Sorry doesnt help you much but its worth asking them. At least then you are not ignoring them and not avoiding them.Total Debt now £22,525.07 Start Debt £32,732.36
£10207.29 OF DEBT PAID OFF:j 31.18%0 -
Just an update, got a odraft increase and also ringing CCCS tomorrow more for a chat that anything else just to see what they think.0
