Ah. So Boal's are best for 1 week but for 2 weeks or longer then the airport's own pre-booked car parking is much cheaper.

It's all extortionate in comparison with parking at the International which is not cheap!

Unbelievable that it would cost me £21.95 to park with airport parking next Monday for one day, when I can get it for £12 with Boals.

Anyone actually used it though? I fly to Manchester at 17.00 on Monday, and return at 21.10 on Tuesday. Just wondering if I need to hang about to wait on shuttles etc?

Just wanted to say thanks to the heads up for Boal's.

I travel frequently from Belfast City to the UK and was being charged 21.95 basically for each visit! Ridiculous!

Cost me 6pound with Boal's, I booked over the phone but you can turn up I think. Nice staff, safe car park, shuttle bus was very quick (on departure and arriving back into town) (in fact sometimes I would be parked so far away in the airport car park the shuttle bus and walking time to airport would be around the same). Overall an absolute bargain and will be using them again in the future.

At last a cheap car parking service at the city airport to rival the robbing airport :T

Golden Anemone, I think it will still work out cheaper with Boal's for 2 weeks? Not sure of the Airport 2 week rates though, but I'm assuming they'd be better seeing I saved 16quid in one day

That's a good deal Golden Anemone, it seems the airport is scared of this new car park!

I was in Boal's again on Sunday, was talking to the shuttle driver, he has said Boal's are responding to the airports cut price, by offering the same deal. They are determined to be cheaper than the airport, and will beat their 2 week deal. Finally there is some competition up there and we won't be ripped off by the airport anymore, short stay and long stay!

It is indeed excellent news though they need to update their website to say so or they could lose business in the meantime.

Good luck to them - competition can only be a good thing - the variety of different providers is almost certainly why parking is so much cheaper at Aldergrove than at City.

Riskier, but cheaper option: park at Tesco Knocknagoney and walk over. Technically its probably trespass as its privately owned land but you never know. Not tried it, nor do I know anything about the legality of doing so.
