yeah, I had that too! I didn't realise there was a problem till I got that as mine all went through ok and I even had a text on 30 January to say "thanks for our O2 Rugby pack order. The delivery company will be in touch on Thursday wth your Yodel tracking reference."


And this morning, I've had another text to say:

Everything's fixed. Your O2 Rugby pack is now available to order. And because we're so keen, we're putting you at the front of the queue.

confused! does that mean that I have applied for the next lot of packs?

It's possible that, due to a glitch, you may get two packs! Lucky!

You have to put your details in at the special link they sent you.

I got a text today after the ****up with all the xxxxxxx
They gave out a www. site to re enter your details and will be put to the front of the que.
Maybe I will get some after all?

yeah, I done that on the text they sent today too - but then I realised I'd already had the confirmation text that the first one was on it's way and the courier will contact me on Thursday.

I presume if I hear from Yodel tomorrow, then they'll just cancel todays one.

you have to register with O2 Priority Moments from your O2 phone and then it you find the Rugby offer and it takes you through to the page where you fill in your details.

Thank you for your reply. I did register myself with 02 Priority moments but I can't see the Rugby offer. Will this offer link only apper on Friday?

The offer is showing now.

If I go into it on my phone, it defaults to "nearby" offers in my area so I have to click on the "online" tab at the bottom of the screen and the "O2 Rugby - Exclusive" option is the very first offer that comes up - I have an iphone and last week it was the very last offer that was showing, so depending on what phone you have, you may need to scroll through all of the online offers.
