Is there a bankruptcy information line?

Hi,
Does anyone know if there is a good place to call for detailled bankruptcy advice?
I've found National Debtline very helpful but I have a problem which falls outside of their remit and they can only give me vague advice on what might happen, as opposed to what will happen. This problem affects someone else so it is important that the information is correct.
Is there any way of speaking to an Official Receiver or anyone from the Insolvency service?
