I know I have been stupid - what do i do?

I used to live with my parents in Warwickshire and had £15k debt, which I had to give to Payplan.
I now live in Nottinghamshire - I am still paying Payplan.
Now i've been so stupid as to take out payday loans and I'm right back to where i started in the fact I have a couple more thousand of debt.
What is the stance on this? I have a ccj and yes I know I should not have applied but why did they give me the loans?
Help please.

Posting numerous threads about the same thing isn't going to help.
Stick to one thread and people are more likely to respond.
Not sure how you managed to get loans whilst you're on a Payplan arrangement.
Post up a Statement of Affairs if you want people to assist you.0
