    They got a response from level 2, basically telling me I'm a liar - and because none of this is on their logs, I'm !!!!!!!!ting.

    well havent got very far as fought it was sorted but they keep putting it back on my credit file , as i have found even the ceo dept dont have any control over other departments even though they are the highest you can . but even they are lied too , id tell them to check all call logs as nearly all calls are recorded to santander complaints and next time you speak to them note date and time and ask if call is recorded , when i called back in dec 2010 i had logged time and date and told me recorded and then told me in writting it wasnt ! clearly they lose all calls that are negative to them , they have 8 weeks to deal with it so if no positive outcome yet go to the ombudsmen
