5. Billing
You will be billed £7.95 or £4.95 when special offer occurs for your 15 day Risk Free Trial of ClearSmoke Electronic Cigarettes. At the end of your 15 day Risk Free Trial (15 days from trial order date), you will be billed £59.95 for the full first month use of ClearSmoke Electronic Cigarettes. If you have chosen to enrol as a member of the ClearSmoke VIP Lounge, every 30 days, starting on day 45 from the trial order date you will be billed a recurring fee of £24.95 a month for a fresh delivery of 30 day supply of nicotine cartridges for the duration of your ClearSmoke VIP Lounge membership program. Read this agreement in its entirety for a complete presentation of all Terms and Conditions that affect your 15 day trial.

6. Membership Fees.
To complete your order of ClearSmoke Electronic Cigarettes Products and Membership you will be required to provide the requisite Registration Data. You acknowledge and represent that the Registration Data provided are true, accurate, current and complete, and that you are the legitimate owner of, and/or have the full legal right to use, without any restriction, the credit card provided and/or updated at a later date ("Active Credit Card") for your order request. By confirming and submitting your online order of ClearSmoke Electronic Cigarettes Products you understand and agree that the Active Credit Card will be charged immediately a postage and packing fee of Seven UK Pounds and Ninety-Five Pence (£7.95) or when a special offer occurs a postage and packing fee of Four UK Pounds and Ninety-Five Pence (£4.95) ("Postage and Packing Fee"), for the shipment of your initial fifteen (15) day trial of ClearSmoke Electronic Cigarettes Products ("Trial Membership").

Upon expiration of your initial (15) days trial period, if you have decided to keep the ClearSmoke Electronic Cigarettes Products and have not cancelled your Membership, you understand and agree that your Active Credit Card will be billed Fifty-Nine UK Pounds and Ninety-Five Pence (£59.95) ("Trial Fee") for your initial delivery of ClearSmoke Electronic Cigarettes Products. If you have chosen to enrol the ClearSmoke membership ("VIP Lounge offer"), you have been sent 30 bonus cartridges from day one (1) and your next supply of ClearSmoke Tobacco cartridges will be shipped to you thirty (30) days after the end of your trial period. And that further monthly supplies of Tobacco cartridges will be shipped to you every thirty (30) days from the previous shipment for the duration of your membership. You acknowledge and agree that your ClearSmoke membership programme will be running till cancelation and that your Active Credit Card will be billed for twenty-four pounds and ninety five pence (£24.95) ("MonthlyFee")
You hereby fully authorize ClearSmoke Electronic Cigarettes Products, its partners, affiliates and/or agents, to bill your Active Credit Card for all fees associated with your Trial Membership and/or Membership. You further acknowledge and represent that ClearSmoke Electronic Cigarettes Products has all the necessary and adequate authorisations from you to bill the Active Credit Card provided for your Trial Membership and/or Membership and that ClearSmoke Electronic Cigarettes will not need to obtain any additional authorisation from you or other individual for the payment of your Trial Membership and/or Membership. You acknowledge and agree that you will not hold ClearSmoke Electronic Cigarettes responsible for any overdraft charges and/or fees which you might incur during and/or as a result of your ongoing Membership with ClearSmoke Electronic Cigarettes.
