Northern Rock account number?

Hi,
I'm trying to set up 'Faster Payments' from my bank account to pay my Northern Rock Mortgage. I have their sort code but I'm not sure if I've got the correct account number for them. Can anyone help please?

    Give them a ring on Monday. Do you really want to trust what some random says might/might not be the correct account number?

    No, wait till Tuesday, unless you don't trust this random that it is Bank Holiday on Monday and you prefer the other random who says they will be open on Monday.

    I've got an NRAM sort code and account number on file from a couple of years ago. ;)

    It's not NRAM but thanks anyway. I have an account number that I think might be right, all I need is for someone to confirm it. I'm far too clever to be tricked into sending any money to some random scammer!

    I currently do this on the NRAM and its charging me £25 annually and Northern Rock do the exact same as it states on their website..

    but what I do see online is sortcode - 08 61 15, account number - 00000101 and that you should quote your mortgage number in your reference.
