[glow=red,2,300]What's more important? Money Saving or Pants Customer Service?[/glow]
Cahoot maybe the best at the moment (I know not for long) for savings accounts (no notice) at 5.5%. But I can't actually seem to apply on their account as it keeps saying my session has expired. I know my internet settings are fine, but when I phoned Cahoot up they were very rude, and said that my computer was faulty and that they weren't a technical support line. They were not interested in me as a customer. I know money saving is important, but is it really more important than getting rude and bad customer serice? I am sure there was a time when I was valued as a customer. Now it doesn't seem like that is the case any more. Has anyone else experienced this?

I suppose you are right. Maybe I should have got the name of the woman who was rude and write a letter in, but that takes time. To be honest, I can't be bothered with Cahoot because of this. However, maybe I'll have calmed down by 2moro.Moneysaving since 2004!0 -
Poor customer service is probably indicative of the overall quality of their service. When sloppy business management translates into £4000 going walkies, it's definitely not worth the higher interest rate. See my other post re Cahoot and Direct Debits.
I'm sorely tempted by ING, because I've heard good things about their customer services and efficiency.0
