where has my payment gone?

I have just had my first lot of payments going out to my creditors from CCCS for my DMP. I cannot see 2 of my creditors accounts online but can see the other 3. I can see that the payment made to my CC with my bank has gone in fine though the payment towards my overdraft with my bank has not shown in my account yet. Also the payment towards my Egg CC has gone in, so I know the payments have gone in to my accounts.
I have checked my statement with CCCS online and the account number and sort code they have for my bank account is correct.
Any ideas where that money has gone? Is it possible that my bank wont take it for whatever reason? The account isn't frozen, or certainly wasn't last week. They did however try saying they wouldn't take reduced payments on that account as a savings account I had with them was £0.08 in credit (not anymore!) which I ignored as they can't really refuse 'reduced' payment on an overdraft which they are still treating as a functional account IMO....

The CCCS don't release your payment to creditors until about the 25th of the month.
Even if your payment went to them on the 1st of the month.
So there is a good chance your payment is still in clearing with the other accounts.
Give it a few days and then check again.

Still no joy email CCCS through your online account they will sort you out.
